At Ni’mah Collection, every piece is handmade with love and care in small quantities. We truly hope you’ll cherish your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

✅ When Returns Are Accepted

  1. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if item arrives damaged.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  3. Please keep tags attached and, if possible, return items in the original packaging.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned

  1.  Final sale and discounted pieces
  2.  Custom or special orders
  3. Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  1.  You may choose a refund back to your original payment method, or store credit if you’d like to shop with us again.
  2. We kindly ask for a little patience processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

📦 Shipping

  1.  Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
  2. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are welcome if we have the size or style available.
  2. If not, we’ll gladly issue store credit or a refund.
