About Ni'mah
Bismillah.
Welcome to Ni'mah,
My name is Hania, I am the founder behind Ni'mah Collection.
Ni’mah began for me during a time of reflection and growth. For most of my life, I had loads of ideas, and dreams that I would begin with excitement, but never fully carried to the end. So, Ni’mah became my way of changing that story. As a Muslim woman, modesty has always felt deeply connected to intention and how we move through life with awareness and care.
The name Ni’mah means blessing. It’s a reminder to take care of what we’re given with gratitude, and to be mindful of the small choices that shape us. One of the biggest blessing in my life is my daughter. So with her in mind Ni'mah began to take shape.
I wanted her to grow up surrounded by modest clothing that felt natural and beautiful. I wanted her to see modesty reflected around her in a way that made sense for where she lives, here in the United States, however at the same time still honoring what her faith asks of her. A blend of both worlds.
My hope is that one day, when she walks into new spaces even something as simple as university life, she won’t feel out of place among her peers. That modest clothing won’t feel like an obstacle she has to work around, but something she can find with ease and confidence.
Modesty, to me a blessing a Ni'mah. A form of dignity and strength.
I was reminded of this when watching footage from Palestine. A woman being pulled from the rubble, how she expressed concern for covering her hair, for preserving her modesty even in the face of devastation. That moment stayed with me. It was a reminder that dignity is not tied to circumstance, wealth, or comfort. It is something deeply human, and sacred.
Ni’mah exists to honor you, to offer clothing created with care, and gratitude for the blessing of being able to cover ourselves with choice and respect, while so many are stripped of theirs.
This brand is personal. It is built imperfectly but with sincerity. My hope is that when you wear Ni’mah, you feel grounded and confident. And your reminded of the blessing you have.
Thank you for being here and supporting something created with care and purpose.
"If you are grateful, I will surely increase you.” (Qur’an 14:7)
